    Rolls Royce

    Rolls-Royce has officially launched Discover: On Demand, their brand-new virtual work insights platform designed to open opportunities for young people everywhere

    For too long, traditional work experience has only reached a few. Now, we’re changing that, creating a free, global and inclusive experience where students can explore life at Rolls-Royce, take part in real challenges, and build the future-ready skills that matter most.

    Through interactive learning, real career stories and practical skill-building, Discover: On Demand brings the world of engineering and business to life, with the aim of inspiring the next generation of innovators, creators, and changemakers.

    This is more than launching some resources. It’s a move towards how we as employers can lead the way in making work experiences and learning accessible, engaging and truly impactful for everyone.

    Work Experience in Construction

    FM Conway wants to showcase the career opportunities within the Construction Industry. 

    They offer a dedicated careers weeks for young people, aged 14 – 18 within education. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts while developing practical skills to support their future careers. 

    The week blends site visits, careers information, employability workshops, business orientation and work ready skills in health and safety. 

    This one-week placement will run from 6 July 2026 to 10 July 2026

    The placement is based in London. 

    Places are limited and are unpaid.
