Saffron Valley Collegiate is a registered data controller with the ICO (registration number ZA225667) and will collect and use information in accordance with principles within the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The aim of the changes to the law is to ensure all personal data relating to living EU citizens (including the UK) is protected and that the school is held accountable for its protection.
